Important Note
We will be updating this page with new functionality over time, so check back often to see what's new. For example, soon, you'll be able to permanently switch to a "lighter" presentation that is easier to use for dial-up connections.
Downloading Help
On this site are various files available for download or online viewing/listening/reading. Some examples are MP3s, PDFs, SWFs, etc.
TO DOWNLOAD a file to your own hard drive
- Sometimes, we display a download button which is an arrow pointing down. Click it.
- Otherwise, Right-Click on the link
- A menu will pop up with several options. Drag down to "Save Target As" and release.
- A "Save" menu opens. Navigate to the location/directory/folder where you want to save the file. Remember this location so you can get to your downloaded file.
- If you have a DSL/Cable connection or better, the download should be relatively quick.
- WARNING: If you connect via a dial-up connection, the download will probably be approximately 10 minutes per 1 MB of information.
FREE Media Plug-in Downloads (will open in new window)
- For listening to MP3 audio on this site, we recommend QuickTime 7.
- Some video content requires the Adobe Flash Player.
- PDF viewing generally requires the Adobe Reader.
